Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy on most of our products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your return request will be considered at our discretion.

If your return is approved, you will then have another 7 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a refund upon return, your item must be returned during that timeframe, be in an unused condition and in its original packaging.

Please note that you (the customer) are repsonsible for the return shipping cost.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If any of the above have not been met, we have the right to refuse your refund.
In some cases, we may offer a store credit, at our discretion.

Items not eligible for a return:

  • Any clearance items 
  • All Magnet makers and supplies
  • All Badge makers and supplies 
  • Any magnet or badge related products such as frames
  • Heat presses
  • Any other products that specifically state in their description that are not eligible for a return 

Damaged products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (no later than 5 calendar days from the delivery date) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method or a store credit within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
