Shipping policy
Currently, we are shipping within the United Kingdom only with the exception of Northern Ireland.
Processing time
Our current processing time is 1 working day (Monday-Friday).
Delivery
Currently, we are using Royal Mail / Parcelforce and DPD to fulfill any orders.
We may change this at our discretion.
Please note that orders shipped to Scottish Highlands & Islands may take 2-4 days even if chosen Next Day delivery.
Buyer's Responsibilities
It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. If you have accidentally entered a wrong / incomplete delivery address, please contact us immediately via email info@sub-blanks.co.uk
Please note that any orders shipped to an address provided by the Buyer which is incomplete or incorrect will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
The Seller will not be responsible for any orders shipped to a wrong address and the order will not be refunded or re-sent.
The Buyer will be responsible for the postage cost for any re-sent orders if those are returned to us.
If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect/ incomplete address and the Buyer requests a refund a refund will be issued as per our standard terms minus the postage cost paid by us to the shipping company.
Collection in person
If choosing a collection at the checkout - Please email us with a preferred day and time for collection and bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Please make sure that you have received a confirmation of the date and time from us before showing up for collection.
Please make sure to check the order upon collection as we will not be able to respond to any messages claiming that items are missing once you have left our premises.
Pre-orders
If you have placed a pre-order with us, please wait patiently, and we will inform you as soon as we have the goods in hand. Once received, we will aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Please make sure that the delivery address, as well as your contact details, are correct to avoid any further delays.
